FAQs

1. How much will it cost to book you?
The short answer is from £50.
The long answer depends on a multitude of factors. You may decide that you would like to pay a small amount for the photography session and buy the printed pictures separately. Alternatively you may decide to pay more and have the edited pictures on DVD, with the full right to make as many copies and prints as you like.
I am very flexible and want to give you a package that you are completely happy with. Every client is an individual with different requirements. Tailoring a quote to those requirements means you will get the best possible value for money.
2. Who owns the copyright?
As the photographer I own the copyright on every picture I take. But depending on our agreement I will grant you license to make as many copies of the images, or use them for any purpose you want to.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
For events, functions and commercial shoots cancelled within seven days, a 50 per cent fee will apply. For portrait sessions I just ask for 24 hours notice before applying a 50 per cent fee.
And if your baby is sick, tired or grumpy on the day I'm happy to wait and see if matters improve. If they don't we can always reschedule. In which case, no cancellation fee will apply.
4. Are you insured?
Absolutely. I have full public liability insurance. My cameras would prefer not to get covered in jam and sugary drinks, but they too are insured for every eventuality.
